Overview In this role you will shape C3 AI's external and internal voice by managing social media, the company blog, the internal newsletter, and key announcements. You will work across PR and events to deliver consistent, multipronged storytelling that resonates with business and technology audiences. You'll move fluidly between formats and channels, turning stories into blog posts, posts, and newsletter items while maintaining a coherent voice. This is a fast-paced opportunity to influence how AI and enterprise technology are communicated to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Own corporate social media strategy, execution, and reporting
- Write and edit the internal company newsletter with cross team updates
- Produce blog posts (technical and thought leadership) in collaboration with subject-matter experts
- Support executive communications (briefing docs, talking points, by-lined content)
- Support communications for events, webinars, and conferences
- Manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, and internal channels
- Repurpose stories into multiple formats (blog, social, newsletter)
- Collaborate with PR to translate announcements and media coverage into content across channels
- Identify story angles with earned-media potential and flag to PR
- Maintain a consistent voice and style across all channels
- Track content and social performance and refine strategy based on data
- Coordinate messaging with product marketing, PR, and executive communications
- Take on additional communications projects as the team grows
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years in communications, PR, journalism, or content
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a diverse portfolio
- Working knowledge of PR and earned media; comfortable with press style
- Genuine interest in AI and enterprise technology; able to explain technical topics to business audiences
- Self-starter with ability to identify opportunities and execute with minimal direction
- Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives
- Familiarity with AI/ML, IoT, big data, or cloud tech is a plus
- Proficient using AI tools in daily work
- Experience in fast-paced technology company or tech-focused agency
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
