Overview In this role, you enable and drive Talent Management across the NAM region, focusing on capability development and training. You will enable managers and HRBPs to apply performance, succession, development, and culture practices, ensuring consistent use of TM tools. You'll design and adapt learning materials, coordinate regional training, and measure learning impact to improve ROI. You will collaborate with L&D and HRBPs to align content with business priorities and regional guidelines. Responsibilities- Deploy Global Talent Management initiatives locally and regionally
- Train and support managers and HRBPs in performance, succession, development, and culture processes
- Ensure understanding and proper use of Talent Management tools among HR teams and managers
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on talent reviews and succession plans with consolidated regional data
- Promote consistency and quality of Talent Management practices through training and best-practice sharing
- Contribute to design, adaptation, and update of learning materials and tools per regional guidelines
- Support Talent Management reporting by consolidating regional indicators
- Collaborate with L&D Global team and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and align learning with business priorities
- Execute NAM Training and Development plan with Local HRBPs and assist in budget management
- Measure learning program effectiveness and use data to improve solutions and ROI
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and administration of regional training sessions (in-person/virtual/hybrid)
- Manage training registrations, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations in L&D systems (Workday)
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through regional and global L&D programs
- Facilitate training sessions on leadership, capability development, and managerial culture
- Integrate diversity, inclusion and engagement into training initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years in Learning and Development, including training/content development in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with HRBPs and managers across professional and manufacturing settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, adaptable, and able to pivot between topics
- Comfortable facilitating group discussions and workshops
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with LMS systems (Skillsoft, Workday, Alchemy)
- Global experience preferred
- Experience designing/adapting L&D or TM tools, guidelines, or materials is a plus
- Experience in Talent Management processes (performance, succession, career development, engagement) is a plus
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
