Overview As Principal Executive Compensation Analyst, you will lead the design, governance, and administration of executive compensation programs for senior leaders. You will partner with HR, Finance, and the Board to shape strategy, benchmarking, and disclosures, while managing confidential information with discretion. The role combines analytics, equity program oversight, and governance support to drive market competitiveness and internal equity. You will influence executive decisions and policy through high-quality materials and insights, shaping compensation across the organization.

Responsibilities- Design, implement, and administer executive compensation programs (base salary, STI, LTI, equity awards, retention)
- Conduct market analyses using executive compensation surveys and external benchmarks
- Evaluate pay levels against market and internal equity principles; prepare recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead preparation of Compensation Committee and Board materials; develop briefing documents and decision support
- Coordinate annual compensation review cycles for executives; manage governance requirements
- Administer equity programs (RSUs, PSUs, other LTIs) and coordinate grant processes, vesting, modeling, and reporting
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and external providers for accurate administration
- Support equity accounting, disclosure requirements, and compliance activities
- Provide executive-level guidance on stock compensation design
- Mentor junior compensation analysts and share best practices across Total Rewards
- Develop models, scenarios, and financial impact analyses; deliver insights to senior HR and business leaders
- Serve as a subject matter expert on executive compensation matters
Key requirements- 10+ years progressive compensation experience
- 5+ years supporting executive compensation programs
- Significant experience with equity and stock compensation administration
- Experience preparing Board and Compensation Committee materials
- Strong expertise in executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences
- Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information
- Knowledge of governance and board practices for executive compensation
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HRIS/compensation systems
