Overview In this role you will support Talent Acquisition operations, guiding customers and recruiting initiatives. You will handle daily recruitment activities, postings, and sourcing while leveraging ATS tools and data visualization to improve processes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and contribute to job fairs and employer branding. This position offers a contract arrangement via HCSS with opportunities to influence hiring outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities- Create and monitor department job postings
- Utilize ATS to support recruitment needs and conduct audits
- Develop screening questions for operations roles and evaluate interview approaches
- Coordinate handoff to onboarding and communicate with applicants
- Provide job search support, resume review, and counseling
- Initiate searches for hard-to-fill roles via networking, LinkedIn and Indeed
- Organize sourcing leads and candidate pools; participate in job fairs
- Guide customers on HR recruitment processes and adhere to controls
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant professional experience
- Experience with Taleo ATS and HCM systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of HR basics and employment law
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with recruitment metrics understanding
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
