Overview Senior Product Manager for AI-enabled administration helps shape how enterprises configure and govern NetSuite accounts with AI-assisted administration. You'll own the vision and roadmap for AI-enhanced admin experiences, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, trustworthy agent management. The role focuses on safety, transparency, and controls while expanding extensibility and policy-driven governance. Responsibilities- Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-enhanced administration and agent management
- Deliver AI-guided experiences that simplify setup, configuration, optimization, monitoring, and extensibility
- Define how customers create, authorize, configure, monitor, govern, evaluate, and retire AI agents
- Establish controls for permissions, data access, approval workflows, audit trails, policy enforcement, and safe intervention or rollback
- Partner with engineering, design, security, AI/ML, developer platform, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable capabilities
Key requirements- Significant product management experience with enterprise SaaS, platform, administration, developer tools, AI, security, or governance products
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into scalable product solutions
- Data-driven product judgment using qualitative research, telemetry, and business outcomes
- Understanding of enterprise administration (configuration, IAM, permissions, observability, auditability, extensibility)
