Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide professional, responsive, and personalized support. Respond to customer questions, requests, concerns, and service issues through email, phone, chat, or other communication channels. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Coordinate customer onboarding activities and ensure customers have the information and resources needed to get started successfully. Schedule customer meetings, training sessions, check-ins, demonstrations, and follow-up activities. Monitor customer accounts and track important activities, requests, deadlines, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, communications, and account information in CRM and other company systems. Follow up with customers to ensure issues and requests are resolved in a timely manner. Identify customer concerns, potential risks, and opportunities for additional support and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Support, Operations, Billing, and other departments to resolve customer needs. Assist with renewals, account updates, customer communications, and retention activities. Prepare customer reports, presentations, account summaries, and other documentation as needed. Track customer feedback and communicate recurring issues or suggestions to management and relevant teams. Assist with customer surveys and monitor customer satisfaction and engagement. Help customers understand company products, services, policies, and processes. Provide product or service information and direct customers to appropriate resources. Maintain a proactive follow-up process to ensure outstanding customer requests are completed. Support customer success initiatives, campaigns, and projects. Help identify opportunities to improve customer processes and overall customer satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding customer information and data security. Perform other administrative and customer-support duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant training preferred. Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination, sales support, administration, or a related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple customers, requests, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
