Key Responsibilities - Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Make outbound calls to customers regarding follow-ups, appointments, orders, accounts, surveys, or other business needs. - Listen carefully to customers to understand their questions, concerns, and needs. - Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, policies, and procedures. - Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. - Process customer orders, payments, refunds, returns, account updates, and service requests. - Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records. - Document customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-up requirements in the companys CRM or call center system. - Troubleshoot basic customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or instructions. - Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved. - Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, policies, and procedures. - Meet established performance standards for call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, response time, and attendance. - Handle confidential customer and account information in accordance with company privacy and security policies. - Work with billing, sales, technical support, operations, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. - Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends or feedback to management. - Maintain a calm, patient, and professional approach when dealing with upset or frustrated customers. - Use active listening and effective questioning techniques to determine the best solution for each customer. - Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to customer accounts and calls. - Participate in training and stay current on company procedures, products, and systems. - Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
