Overview In this role, you lead a global group of about 60 engineers, managers, and architects to scale build, test, and release infrastructure for an autonomous agentic development lifecycle. You'll partner with Product Management to deliver an agent-ready developer experience and ensure platform reliability at scale. The position sits within our Pleasanton HQ and supports the broader mission of accelerating developer productivity. You drive impactful modernization while balancing innovation with legacy migrations.

Responsibilities- Lead and scale a multi-site engineering organization ( 60 engineers across time zones)
- Drive build, test & release infrastructure for autonomous agentic development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Management to deliver platform tools as products
- Ensure high availability and reliability of core delivery operations
- Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders and teams
- Balance platform innovation with migration of legacy systems
Key requirements- 3+ years leading senior software development engineering leaders (managers of managers)
- 7+ years managing software development teams and driving outcomes
- 12+ years in software development engineering and defining technical strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years mentoring teams proficient in Java, Python, Go, or C++
- Experience with high-throughput CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
- Familiarity with MCP, execution harnesses, and automated PR review/triage systems
- Proven track record delivering automated testing engines, pipeline orchestration, and observability frameworks
- Experience partnering with Product Management to operate platform tools as products
- Ability to align technical strategy across Product, Security, and Architecture
