Overview In this role you will lead enterprise level projects and multi million dollar security programs, driving agile delivery across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate with large, diverse teams, align with governance and regulatory constraints, and remove impediments to keep teams productive. You shape agile practices, mentor Product Owners, and ensure strong planning and execution that delivers business value. This is a servant leader role focused on impactful security program outcomes.
Responsibilities- Own scope, schedule, resources, and budget for assigned projects
- Apply lean/agile values across project lifecycle while meeting governance constraints
- Establish and manage Agile practices and ceremonies; remove blockers
- Manage product backlog, estimations, and cross team coordination
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with rigor and quality
- Serve as a servant leader to teams and Product Owners without direct authority
- Plan, execute, and deliver highly complex security programs across multiple workstreams
- Direct and inspire a large, diverse team (50-60 members) including PMs, security architects, analysts, and engineers
Key requirements- 10-12 years of enterprise level project management experience in Agile environments
- Proficient in SAFe principles and discipline
- Experience handling security team and security programs
- Experience managing scope, schedule, resources, and budgets for large projects
- Insurance domain knowledge
- PMI ACP or CSM preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience delivering enterprise projects >$2M
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
