Overview

In this role, you bridge Workday's AI platform with strategic system integrators and frontier AI providers, turning agentic AI into enterprise-ready solutions. You will co-create customer-focused AI roadmaps and lead rapid pilot-to-production builds, aligning technical delivery with measurable business value. You'll shape integration patterns, governance, and data flows to enable scalable, secure AI adoption within large organizations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that drives partner success and real-world impact at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Architectural co-innovation with SIs and frontier AI providers to define customer-specific AI roadmaps and quantify business value
  • Lead 4- and 8-week pilot-to-production builds in sandbox environments to bridge roadmap promises and technical reality
  • Support consumption strategy by analyzing usage patterns and forecasting long-term AI and platform needs
  • Navigate global security, compliance, and data privacy requirements to ensure AI solutions fit into customer IT ecosystems
  • Act as a feedback channel to Product and Tech teams, translating real-world challenges into roadmap improvements
  • Design and recommend seamless data flows and integration strategies (including MCP and A2A) within multi-cloud landscapes
  • Demonstrate measurable impact within a defined industry or domain expertise
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of technology solution design, enterprise software implementations, or digital transformation (for Principal level)
  • 7+ years of experience presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences
  • 5+ years of Workday experience (for Principal level) or 3+ years (for Senior level)
  • 4+ years of experience working with GSIs or Frontier AI labs/providers (for Principal) or 2+ years (for Senior)
