Overview

As a Senior Finance Analyst in APTM Finance, you will partner with factory finance teams and leadership to deliver financial insights, forecast accuracy, and decision support across the global manufacturing network. You will lead enterprise planning, monthly/quarterly reviews, and automation initiatives, serving as the US geo interface for Corporate Planning. You will drive data-driven decisions and collaborate across functions to optimize capital, inventory, and cost efficiency. This role offers impact on one of Intel Foundry's key manufacturing organizations within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ad hoc financial requests, executive reviews, and material business issue responses
  • Develop insights on spending, headcount, and operational performance
  • Support executive reviews and financial discussions with APTM leadership
  • Consolidate results, explain risks/opportunities, and link to key drivers
  • Manage RandO pipelines and relate to POR, Close, and cost savings commitments
  • Partner with factory, planning, portfolio, and operations teams to improve outcomes
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for investments, cost reductions, and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting
  • Analyze cost drivers (yields, utilization, labor, depreciation, volumes, capital efficiency)
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for reporting automation and insights
  • Simplify processes, support ERP transformation, and drive forecasting accuracy and governance
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and audits
  • Promote operational excellence, accountability, and data integrity
Key requirements
  • 6+ years in finance with strong financial modeling, strategic analysis, and decision support
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (nested formulas, pivot tables)
  • Power BI or similar BI tools for analytics/visualization
  • Experience with SAP, BPC, or PBS
