Overview In this Tax Manager/Director role, you will lead tax engagements for high-net-worth clients, advising on income, gift and estate planning while mentoring a team. You'll collaborate with a seasoned private client group to deliver strategic tax solutions and support client growth. Responsibilities- Lead and supervise tax engagements for high-net-worth clients, including complex individuals, trusts, gift and pass-through entities
- Provide income, gift and estate tax planning consulting to clients
- Develop and train junior team members to advance their careers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to serve clients and foster firm growth
- Participate in local industry events and trainings to uphold the firm's presence
Key requirements- 6 years of relevant experience
- CPA required; EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA
- Bachelor degree; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related preferred
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, pass-through entities, and gift reporting preferred
