Overview As Delivery Lead, you guide teams to deliver high-quality products by applying agile principles and delivery best practices. You align team work with organizational objectives and act as a coach, facilitator, and change agent to improve outcomes. You represent the team in leadership forums, surface risks, and collaborate with leaders to forecast delivery. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership in a healthcare context, shaping how we scale and sustain value.
Responsibilities- Guide teams through agile principles and delivery practices
- Ensure alignment of team delivery with organizational goals
- Represent team in leadership forums with clear status updates

- Forecast delivery with leadership and manage release planning
- Provide agile practice leadership and education across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics and coaching
- Collaborate with enterprise/external teams on projects and dependencies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in software engineering (healthcare preferred)
- 5+ years leading delivery teams
- Proficient with Rally and JIRA (Rally preferred)
- Experience with Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe
- Strong SDLC knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to influence leadership on agile practices and tools
- Experience facilitating Scrum dependencies and release management
- Project management support for Business Partner projects
- Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and translate metrics into improvements
