Overview In this role you drive the visual language of multicultural integrated campaigns for a leading healthcare and wellness brand. You work closely with the ACD art director and cross-functional teams to shape concepting, art direction, and production across TV, social, and experiential formats. You mentor a midlevel team and contribute to pitches, ensuring culturally resonant storytelling. You stay ahead of cultural trends to keep campaigns fresh and impactful, delivering consistent systems and visual logic.

Responsibilities- Concept and art direction for integrated campaigns across multiple channels (TV, OLV, social, experiential)
- Collaborate with the ACD art director from brief to delivery on projects of varying scale
- Develop and maintain campaign systems with consistent visual logic across entries
- Assess storyboards, comps, and mockups to distinguish rough ideas from finished concepts
- Work across two Creative Direction teams with strategists, producers, and designers
- Mentor a midlevel team to elevate work
- Contribute to pitches and help shape agency voice in new business contexts
- Stay engaged with evolving culture, formats, platforms, and ways to connect with audiences
Key requirements- 7+ years of creative advertising experience at an agency with progressive ownership
- Portfolio showing concept thinking and craft across TV, OLV, social, and integrated work
- Production chops on set and in post; understanding of production workflows
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for ideation, not just finishing; familiarity with Figma
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, or related field
