Overview In this role you enable growth of TIAA Trust, N.A.'s trust administration business by collaborating with internal partners to identify and move prospects through the acceptance process. You act as a subject-matter expert and primary liaison for partners, helping secure trustee or co-trustee opportunities with prospective clients. You will work with legal and tax advisors, maintain rigorous records, and ensure adherence to internal processes while shaping trust-related solutions. Responsibilities- Train internal partners on positioning TIAA Trust as trustee
- Review partner books to identify prospects
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with internal partners to move opportunities through acceptance
- Collaborate with prospect's legal and tax advisors
- Maintain accurate records of sales and due diligence
- Adhere to internal processes and procedures
- Serve as an engagement point for internal partners and subject matter expert
Key requirements- 5+ years of Institutional Trust sales or business development
- Experience prospecting and managing complex client opportunities
- 7+ years preferred (as a benchmark)
- Knowledge of trust administration or institutional trust
- Experience presenting to investment committees or boards or similar groups
