We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively serve our diverse client base. This role offers a combination of base pay plus commission, rewarding your sales efforts and success.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to assess their wireless communication needs.
Present and demonstrate wireless products, plans, and services to potential clients.
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current wireless offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plans and devices based on their preferences.
Achieve individual sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to meet overall store or branch goals.
Skills
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of wireless technology and industry trends is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
