Responsibilities- Define and drive the US marketing vision, objectives, and initiatives for the portfolio
- Lead and coach a team, conduct performance assessments, and manage budgets
- Plan and execute global product launches with positioning and messaging
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop revenue growth programs and competitive insights
- Allocate resources, manage commercialization strategies, and prioritize projects
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to shape marketing strategy
- Coordinate marketing and market development activities to meet business goals
- Ensure training and education for personnel on division products
- Analyze strategy outcomes to ensure sales and profit targets
- Prepare and manage annual department budget and hire/retain diverse staff
- Comply with FDA and regulatory requirements and maintain internal governance
Key requirements- 10+ years of progressively responsible business experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company or equivalent
- 3+ years of managerial (supervisory) experience, preferably in medical technology
- Extensive experience including launch of US medical products
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize projects aligned with corporate priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and feedback skills
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed, geographically diverse environment
