Overview

As a senior client leader for the Northeast, you will manage and deepen relationships with sophisticated mid-corporate clients, delivering Wells Fargo's full range of capabilities. You'll lead complex engagements, provide strategic financial solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support clients' growth. This high-visibility role blends advisory leadership with business development, requiring executive presence and a strong risk-aware mindset. You'll help shape franchise value through targeted relationship strategies and regional expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-corporate clients, advising C-suite executives
  • Lead complex banking relationships delivering credit, treasury, capital markets, risk management, and advisory solutions
  • Drive new business via established networks and regional market expansion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Structure and lead cash flow and real estate lending opportunities with enterprise-wide opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationship plans and growth initiatives to deepen engagement
  • Represent Wells Fargo at industry events and professional associations
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to regional and national relationship strategies
  • Maintain risk discipline and regulatory compliance while meeting revenue and relationship goals
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of mid-corporate relationship management experience or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Strong business development track record and network in the Northeast
  • Ability to manage relationships with companies generating $500M-$2B in revenue
  • Formal credit training and FINRA Series 63/79 licensing (or ability to obtain)
  • Effective executive presence and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to influence across large matrixed organizations
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk while delivering strong client outcomes
