Federated Hermes is seeking a Product Information Associate to join our Product Information Group based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFIs, and 15(c) reviews, help maintain the group's presence across third-party consultant databases, and contribute to the build-out of automation tools that support the team's content and database management efforts. You will also serve as a key connector between subject-matter experts across the firm to ensure product and firm information delivered to clients and consultants is accurate and timely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable working with data, and thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

What you can expect:
As a Product Information Associate, you will:
Coordinate the completion of DDQs and RFIs, including project plans, timelines, and distribution of materials to internal partners.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather information, clarify client inquiries, and support content development.
Draft clear, compliant written responses for review by investment, product, and sales teams.
Follow defined proposal, review, and compliance processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Use established data-entry processes, data transformation templates, and automation tools to help populate third-party consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, Callan, Morningstar) with accurate data.
Contribute to workflow improvements, automation efforts, and broader Product Information Group initiatives while building product and firm knowledge.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field required; FINRA SIE preferred.
Basic understanding of the investment management industry required.
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Interest in applying technology, including AI, to improve business workflows.
Prior exposure to DDQs, RFPs, client-facing requests, or an internship in financial services is a plus, along with familiarity with Responsive, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
