Responsibilities- Direct the planning and implementation of business development for the assigned division
- Forecast attainment and identify market opportunities to drive revenue and admissions
- Provide strategic, in-field support to branch teams
- Represent the company to professional contacts about Medicare services
- Monitor program execution and service provision
- Develop professional relationships and support care teams
Key requirements- High school diploma
- Demonstrated related field experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
