Overview Join Formlabs as Manager of Performance Marketing to lead global paid media on Google ecosystems. You will own budgets, optimize campaigns, and partner with Analytics to translate data into action, driving scalable growth. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment. You'll help shape how we acquire customers and accelerate impact across markets, using data and AI tools to improve CAC and ROAS.

Responsibilities- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
- Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
- Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with Analytics on measurement, incrementality, and attribution; turn results into action
- Continuously test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth
Key requirements- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with track record of managing large budgets
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience building forecasts, managing budgets, and communicating business impact to senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
