Overview In this role you will lead regional recruitment and build a strong pipeline of financial advisor candidates to support growth in Wells Fargo's wealth channel. You will partner with field recruiters, advise leadership on hiring strategies, and drive solutions to complex recruitment challenges that contribute to revenue growth. You'll foster advisor relationships, support retention, and help shape cross-functional recruiting programs aligned with the firm's risk and compliance standards. This position offers impact across multiple markets and requires strategic, influential recruiting leadership.

Responsibilities- Advise leadership on recruiting experienced Financial Advisors and expand hiring in the assigned area
- Collaborate with field recruiters to share knowledge and refine recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors to support satisfaction and retention, and partner with management to increase hires
- Lead strategies to resolve complex recruitment challenges across multiple enterprise areas, driving revenue growth
- Provide vision and leadership on implementing innovative business solutions
- Coordinate with peers to resolve issues in the recruitment process
- Travel up to 75% to cover regional needs
Key requirements- 7+ years of Wealth Channel Development experience or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors
- FINRA registration including Series 7 (or recognized equivalents)
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Compliance with FINRA licenses and state registration requirements
