Overview In this role you will provide program financial support to the program team, helping shape planning, tracking, and reporting of financials. You will partner with operational leadership and program support to manage invoicing, receivables, and contractual requirements. You will analyze progress against baselines, support working capital activities, and deliver key financial data updates. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your analysis informs program performance and financial planning.
Responsibilities- Execute financial management and reporting for TO financials (planning, tracking, analyzing, reporting; burn rates)
- Support establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baselines and WBSs; analyze progress vs baseline
- Assist working capital activities (invoicing unbilled costs, accruals, on-hold costs, cost backup) and provide revenue projections and variances
- Produce financial deliverables (MSR and InSITE data updates)
- Support ROMs/BOMs development for TDPs
Key requirements- Experience in financial management and reporting for program financials (planning, tracking, analyzing, reporting on costs and burn rates)
- Experience working under a Finance Manager to support program goals, baselines, and WBSs
- Experience supporting working capital activities (invoicing, accruals, on-hold costs, cost backup) and variance analysis
- Experience producing financial deliverables (MSR and InSITE data updates)
- Experience supporting ROMs/BOMs development for TDPs
