You will build professional relationships with customers, diagnose trouble areas, and implement improvements that drive service and sales outcomes. After project completion, you stay engaged with clients to provide ongoing fee-for-service support and problem resolution. Responsibilities- Establish and nurture professional relationships with dealership clients
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities within the dealership
- Apply established consulting programs to solve identified issues
- Collaborate with dealership personnel across departments to implement improvements
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability improvements
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing success and resolve issues
- Support ongoing consulting services sales through demonstrated value
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and Reynolds and Reynolds offerings
Key requirements- Experience in the automotive industry
- Consulting or advisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 5 nights per week)
