Overview As Electrical Lead Project Manager, you will guide planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and mechanical integration for data center construction. You'll serve as the main electrical contact, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets across on-site projects in McGregor, TX. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver reliable, hyperscale data center systems. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical concerns, coordinating with project leadership, clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate mechanical systems into project designs and ensure seamless execution
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, safety guidelines, and environmental and sustainability standards
- Maintain detailed records of test results, certifications, and compliance reports for handover
- Track electrical costs, monitor expenditures, and manage budgets to prevent overruns while ensuring quality
- Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and submittals for contract, code, and standard compliance
- Supervise electrical subcontractors, ensuring proper sequencing and safety
- Oversee system testing, inspections, and commissioning to meet performance requirements
- Coordinate client outage/shutdown procedures and plan corrective actions for test failures
- Participate in post-construction evaluations and warranty follow-ups for operational support
Key requirements- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or related field plus eight years of related experience or equivalent
- Experience with electrical systems, construction contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Four years of experience in electrical project management or related role
- Experience in data center or mission-critical project management
- Experience with P100 and code compliance requirements
- Owner's representative experience for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical environments
- Understanding of uptime, redundancy, and reliability
- Certified Construction Management or Project Management Professional or Professional Engineer Certification
- OSHA 10-Hour Training
- Proven ability to manage and resolve design and construction challenges
