M&D Construction is a design-build and remodeling company serving the greater Seattle area. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our painters, carpenters and cabinet installers on residential and commercial remodel projects.
What you'll do:
- Pick up, load and deliver materials and tools to job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized and safe throughout the day
- Help with demolition, debris removal and haul-off
- Set up floor and surface protection before work starts
- Help the crew with smaller tasks: sanding, patching, caulking, prep work and carrying materials
- Help with cabinet, trim and door installations as needed
- Do basic cleanup and final walkthrough prep at the end of a project
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and on time. Showing up every day matters most.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Construction experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person.
