Role Overview You will:
️ Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
️ Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
️ Deliver preventive care and health screenings
️ Participate in on-call coverage and rounding (as needed)

Key Responsibilities - Manage conditions such as:
️ Hypertension
Diabetes
Respiratory disorders
Chronic and complex illnesses - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards & regulations

Ideal Candidate MD/DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Illinois medical license
DEA certification required
