Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Huron, you will partner with business and TA leaders to translate priorities into recruiting strategies and workforce plans. You'll lead recruiting delivery and mentor the team, shaping advisory capabilities and execution. You'll drive data-informed decisions to improve hiring outcomes while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role offers impact beyond filling roles, contributing to broader talent initiatives in a purpose-driven professional services environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor translating business priorities into recruiting strategies
  • Build partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and TA leadership using data-informed recommendations
  • Lead recruiting delivery across assigned business areas aligned to business needs
  • Coach and develop recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing team environment
  • Use recruiting data, market intelligence, capacity insights to identify trends and improve outcomes
  • Support workload planning, escalation management, process consistency, and operating rhythms
  • Champion a candidate experience reflecting values, professionalism, respect, transparency, and inclusion
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives strengthening advisory capability, recruiting operations, employer branding, reporting, and enablement
Key requirements
  • Current U.S. work authorization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Eight to ten years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, professional services, consulting, or executive search environment
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing recruiters, sourcing recruiters, coordinators, or project resources
  • Consultative talent advisory mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights to support business priorities
  • Demonstrated credibility with stakeholders, ability to influence through insight, and manage competing priorities
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
