To qualify as a Lab Aid II, the employee must have completed competencies and checklists to meet the qualifications of 3 of the 4 jobs listed:

  • Client Services
  • Phlebotomy
  • Specimen Processor
  • Histology

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year completed client services checklist and competency
  • 1 year experience working in Saint Patrick Laboratory in order to be promoted to Lab Aide II
  • 3 months completed phlebotomy checklist and competency
  • 3 months completed processing checklist and competency

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
