Overview In this role you lead the timely delivery of the production plan across multiple shifts for Nestlé Health Science. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while developing and coaching teams to reach ambitious targets. You'll drive continuous improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to align site operations with the business mission. You will shape a high-engagement culture that motivates associates and delivers reliable product availability. Responsibilities- Ensure finished products are manufactured to quality, safety, and GMP standards, on time and meeting consumer expectations
- Lead Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operations Reviews to align objectives and drive performance improvements
- Motivate, guide, coach, and develop resources per Nestlé guidelines
- Develop workforce plans to provide flexible staffing and asset utilization
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to achieve objectives
- Ensure succession and development plans, including targeted training for direct reports
- Foster positive labor-management relations and high employee involvement
- Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture and drive safety-focused excellence
- Coordinate timely product launches to the market per business unit agreements
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Key requirements- Eight years of food industry production, purchasing, or packaging experience with progressive leadership roles (preferred)
- Experience across multiple manufacturing environments and successful cross-department projects (positive)
- Proven experience with continuous improvement, employee engagement, and change management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- High engagement, follow-up skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work extended days, weekends, or shift changes as necessary
