Clinical Director of Implants

In this Specialist role, you lead and mentor dental teams in implant and restorative procedures, both in-office and regionally. You'll serve as the clinical contact for implant partners and help integrate evidence-based standards into practice. The position emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and scaling education programs to boost patient outcomes and practice performance. You will drive doctor retention and support growth through targeted training and strategic partnerships.

• Educate, train, and mentor doctors in surgical and implant restorative procedures; lead learning programs

• Dental degree (DMD or DDS) with implant, orthodontic/clear aligner, and restorative experience
• Minimum 3+ years clinical experience
• Travel at least 70%
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others
