In this Audit Supervisor role, you will lead and supervise assurance engagements within the Assurance team, guiding project delivery and staff development. You'll strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and ensure high-quality work in compliance with professional standards. You will collaborate with managers and partners on planning, budgeting, and risk assessment, while researching complex accounting matters. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise audit, review, and other assurance engagements from planning through completion.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with focus on quality, efficiency, and standards compliance.
  • Review workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables for accuracy.
  • Provide coaching and technical training to staff and senior accountants.
  • Assist managers and partners with engagement planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
  • Research complex accounting and auditing matters and advise teams and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes and engagement effectiveness.
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA license preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading engagement teams and reviewing staff work.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
