Overview In this role you drive large-scale, AI-enabled change programs that reshape how organizations operate in a data-informed world. You partner with clients to design and sustain change, aligning workforce models, skills, and governance with digital tools. You leverage analytics and GenAI to guide decisions while keeping human judgment at the center. You act as a bridge between business needs and technology, coaching teams to adapt and deliver high-impact change.

Responsibilities- Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI environments
- Lead and design enterprise change programs to help clients execute and sustain evolving ways of working and skills
- Define and enable GenAI usage across the organization with readiness, governance, and accountability
- Use quantitative and qualitative data and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change, guiding decisions
- Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new operating models where humans and digital tools work together
- Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized change journeys
- Use GenAI to accelerate change delivery while ensuring quality, tone, and impact
- Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies and business models evolve
- Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships
- Be willing to travel as needed to support clients
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience
- Minimum 3 years as a consulting practitioner or advisory/transformation role
- Minimum 2 years on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
- Minimum 1 year in the Products, Industrials industry
