Overview In this role you lead Garver's business analytics practice, guiding a team of BI developers and analysts from scope to delivery. You align analytics work with strategic growth, manage client engagements, and shape data-driven solutions across transportation, aviation, water, buildings, and federal markets. You'll drive data architecture, modeling, and governance while communicating insights to executive audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on project delivery, strategic growth, and client impact.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of BI developers and analysts, manage workload, and uphold quality standards
- Drive analytics projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Develop strategic goals for the analytics practice and identify growth opportunities across markets
- Provide direction on data management, architecture, modeling, and dashboard governance
- Engage with clients as primary contact, gather requirements, present findings, and deliver training and documentation
Key requirements- 10+ years in business analytics, BI, data management or related field
- 5+ years direct people management experience
- Project management experience and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI; experience with Tableau, ArcGIS Dashboards; SQL-based databases
- Expertise in data management, data architecture, and advanced data modeling
- Experience writing project scopes and fee estimates; ability to present to executive audiences
