Overview

In this position you will bridge engineering design and production to drive hardware development across concept, prototype, and production phases. You will work with a broad range of engineering disciplines to advance program execution and process improvements, contributing to delivery success. This role sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and testing within Space RF initiatives. You will be exposed to mission-critical hardware programs and be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. Your work will help shape reliable RF hardware for space systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop program plans, schedules, and resource estimates
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness of hardware and documentation
  • Track milestones and identify risks in advance
  • Coordinate engineering changes, procurement, and material readiness
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and test teams on prototype builds
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation aligned with release processes
  • Monitor hardware status and support issue resolution across design, supply chain, and production
  • Provide status updates and key metrics to stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed project records (design, schedule, procurement)
  • Identify opportunities for process and execution improvements
  • Contribute to lessons learned and documentation best practices
Key requirements
  • Experience in Project Engineering, Project Management, and/or Project Planning within an engineering environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of MS Project
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Experience with ERP systems for materials and production tracking (preferred)
  • Exposure to RF hardware or antenna systems (a plus)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
