Overview Senior Director, Finance for Anduril's Autonomous Air Power business within AD&S. You will own the P&L, lead a high-caliber team, and partner with leaders to drive profitability and capital allocation. You'll operate from strategic model design to day-to-day financial rigor, interfacing with senior execs across functions. This is a high-visibility, builder role that shapes performance across large, mission-critical programs and emerging autonomy software platforms. You'll work in a fast-moving defense tech environment that scales innovative capabilities like Fury and Barracuda.

Responsibilities- Own the P&L and financial oversight for a portfolio of large, complex programs within AD&S
- Lead and scale a dedicated finance team, hiring and implementing best practices
- Develop executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management
- Forecasting and budgeting processes; manage product and program-level financial reporting
- Analyze variances vs. forecasts, identify drivers, and advise on actions to improve performance
- Develop bottoms-up, data-driven financial models for segmentation, pricing, scenarios, and ROI
- Manage customer program reporting, monthly invoicing, and status reporting
- Drive performance dashboards, KPI health monitoring, and financial decision impact assessments
- Collaborate with senior leaders across finance, operations, engineering, growth, PM, and supply chain to align on goals
- Shape division's capital allocation and long-term business objectives
Key requirements- 15+ years of finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting
- 3-5 years in a senior leadership position
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Foundry)
- Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to drive consensus
- Security clearance eligibility and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus
