You will handle depositions, motions, and discovery while guiding strategy and client communication. You'll mentor junior attorneys and staff, contributing to the firm's growth and professional development. Responsibilities- Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation from intake through trial
- Conduct depositions for plaintiffs, defendants, and key witnesses
- Draft and argue dispositive motions and motions for summary judgment
- Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery (written and document production)
- Communicate case developments with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
