Overview In this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will source, screen, interview, and extend offers for technology and financial services roles, collaborating directly with Hiring Leaders to deliver a top-quality candidate experience. You will help manage a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment process in a remote setting, partnering with a cross-functional team of recruiters and onboarding professionals. Your work will support strategic hiring in tech and financial services, including AI engineering roles, and leverage data to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities- Source candidates and manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and financial services roles
- Screen, interview, and coordinate offers with Hiring Leaders to ensure a great candidate experience
- Collaborate with recruitment teammates and onboarding to maintain seamless processes
- Support direct sourcing and cold-calling to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Contribute to high-volume, remote recruiting efforts in a fast-paced setting
- Recruit for AI engineering roles and other technology-focused positions
Key requirements- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably corporate recruitment in consulting and professional services for technology and financial services positions
- Familiar with MS Office; Workday is an asset
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Taleo, Beeline, Workday, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors)
- Ability to collaborate in a team of recruiters and onboarding personnel
- Experience recruiting in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or related areas preferred
- Proven track record in direct sourcing and cold calling
- Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles
- Strategy& recruiting experience is a plus
