Overview As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a growing organization in New Jersey by handling key HR operations and employee support. You will drive onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR administration to ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience. You'll work closely with staff and leadership to address workplace questions and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities- Manage onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and benefits support
- Coordinate new employee processing including documentation, clearances, and orientation tasks
- Serve as main point of contact for workplace concerns and HR guidance
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and tracking systems
- Assist with recruiting activities and candidate communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credentialing/documentation standards where applicable
- Contribute to HR process improvements and system-related updates
