Overview In this role, you work on Responsible AI within the CoreAI Platform and Tools to enable safe and scalable AI experiences. You will partner with engineering teams to implement and evaluate safeguards for Agents and LLMs, using advanced ML techniques. You tackle end-to-end challenges from fine-tuning to security mitigations that protect users and systems. This opportunity lets you influence AI safety at scale across a global user base. Responsibilities- Fine-tune LLMs with supervised methods and RLHF, plus thorough evaluation
- Design and implement Agent adversarial evaluations and safety mitigations
- Collaborate to deploy mitigations at scale and troubleshoot end-to-end issues
- Refine existing implementations based on operational performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and security of AI systems
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field with 2+ years experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year, or Doctorate
- Experience in statistics, predictive analytics, or research
- Proficiency in Python and C#; familiarity with PyTorch and Triton
- Experience with data processing and handling large datasets
- Knowledge of software engineering practices: unit testing, DevOps, and quality-focused development
