Overview

In this role you will lead HR strategy for Van Cleef & Arpels' Americas retail network, shaping talent and culture at scale. You will partner with retail leadership to align people initiatives with growth plans across multiple boutiques. You will mentor an HR team, drive talent processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality employee experiences in a luxury environment. This is a chance to influence how a premier Maison supports expansion while upholding brand values. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for Van Cleef & Arpels, Americas
  • Partner with retail leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Lead and develop a team of four HR professionals
  • Oversee talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning
  • Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies for the retail population
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws across the Americas
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and leadership development initiatives
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the Maison's values
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role managing a team
  • Experience supporting a multi-unit retail environment, luxury sector preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws across the Americas
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with influencing ability
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to HR and ability to manage multiple priorities
