Overview As a Research Scientist at Google Quantum AI, you design and test optical systems to enable precise neutral atom manipulation and addressing. You evaluate emerging optical technologies to mitigate risks and establish robust methodologies for characterizing performance and tolerancing. You engineer modular optical architectures to support scalable quantum systems and contribute to the scientific community through publications. Key requirements- PhD in Optics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
