Overview

In this role, you will shape the cryptographic strategy for a global enterprise, aligning standards with business needs. You'll lead post-quantum readiness initiatives and mature cryptographic controls across IT and manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve digital trust at scale. This role offers the opportunity to influence security architecture for widely used brands and enable innovation with cryptographic modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise cryptographic architecture standards and guidance
  • Maintain visibility into cryptographic assets, certificates, keys, and trust relationships
  • Lead post-quantum cryptography readiness assessments and cryptographic inventory initiatives
  • Evaluate vendor readiness for post-quantum cryptography migration
  • Develop cryptographic modernization and remediation roadmaps
  • Identify cryptographic risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, manufacturing, and product teams to drive remediation
  • Provide technical leadership for PKI, certificate lifecycle management, encryption services, cryptographic controls, and digital trust technologies
  • Support security reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives involving encryption and cryptographic controls
  • Develop metrics and reporting related to cryptographic maturity, readiness, and risk reduction
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, security architecture, or related technical disciplines
  • Experience with PKI, certificate management, key management systems, and cryptographic protocols
  • Experience developing technical standards and enterprise architecture guidance
  • Experience supporting cloud and hybrid enterprise environments
