Overview In this role you will manage and advocate for family law clients from intake through resolution in a busy domestic relations practice. You will collaborate with a seasoned legal team to provide strong client advocacy and handle hearings in the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. The position involves strategic case planning, thorough document preparation, and facilitating mediation and other dispute-resolution processes. Responsibilities- Manage family law matters from intake to final resolution with tailored case strategies
- Appear in Massachusetts Probate & Family Court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Draft and revise pleadings, motions, agreements, financial disclosures, discovery materials, and client correspondence
- Analyze issues and advise clients on options and potential outcomes
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality service
- Track deadlines, maintain case documentation, and ensure timely filings
- Support mediation, conciliation, and other alternative dispute processes when appropriate
Key requirements- Experienced family law attorney
- Ability to appear in court and manage cases end-to-end
