Responsibilities- Oversee a on-site team and manage scheduling, progress tracking, and resource allocation
- Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project expenses
- Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and management to set budgets and timelines
- Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment with vendors
- Plan schedules for workers and subcontractors
- Recruit and assign tasks to additional subcontractors
- Maintain a daily site log and report to management as needed
- Adjust operations to meet construction deadlines
- Apply cost-effective and efficient management strategies
Key requirements- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, building additions, and/or ground-up projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
