Overview In this role you will provide legal support for hyperscale data center development across the U.S., partnering with cross-functional teams to enable rapid growth. You will draft and negotiate complex real estate and construction agreements, manage due diligence and permitting, and help scale contracting processes to support CoreWeave's expanding infrastructure portfolio. You will shape risk management and transaction execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities- Provide legal support across all phases of real estate development and infrastructure projects, from site acquisition through delivery
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements (purchase/sale, development, site control)
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction and infrastructure agreements (design/engineering, construction management, contractor)
- Advise on zoning, permitting, land use, utility, and regulatory matters
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, and closings across complex matters
- Advise on construction risk allocation, delays, indemnities, warranties, and disputes
- Partner cross-functionally with Development, Power, Operations, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and external stakeholders
- Manage outside counsel while balancing legal risk with commercial priorities
- Help develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and contracting processes
Key requirements- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate and construction agreements
- Experience managing title, survey, zoning, land use, permitting, utility, and entitlement matters
- Experience leading real estate due diligence and transaction closings
- Experience advising on construction risk allocation, delays, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution
- Ability to manage outside counsel and balance legal risk with business objectives
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development, finance, operations, tax, and procurement teams
