Overview In this role you will direct corporate real estate activities for an assigned portfolio, delivering cost-efficient real estate solutions. You will work with business leaders and third-party providers to plan space needs, identify office locations, and negotiate leases. You will oversee facility operations, design, and move activities, while collaborating across IT, Legal, HR, Security and others. You will engage in financial analyses and crisis response support, shaping the company's real estate footprint to support growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities- Negotiate leases for office establishment, renewal, relocation, expansion, downsizing and subleasing across a diverse portfolio
- Oversee facility operations, interior design, tenant construction, furniture installation and move-in activities
- Forecast space requirements based on staffing and business plans; identify suitable locations
- Manage brokers, conduct market research, and analyze financial and demographic aspects of sites
- Prepare presentations and final recommendations with financial analyses to senior management
- Negotiate lease terms and document language to secure favorable agreements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (IT, Legal, HR, Security, etc.) for facility and project management
- Support Operational Response Team during crisis management events
- Oversee outsourced facility and project management providers and leasing schedules to optimize cost savings
- Assist leadership with reporting and other projects; participate in budget and cost-control activities
- Perform moderately complex financial/business analyses and prepare presentations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management or related field
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate disciplines such as Real Estate Law, Space Planning, or Facilities/Property Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; strong budgeting and financial terms knowledge
