Overview As F135 Deputy Property Manager, you will support FIAR efforts to ensure property systems compliance across F135 locations. You will act as the subject matter expert for FAR/DFAR/FIAR property requirements, lead site reviews, and drive process improvements. You'll train teams, align processes with contractual obligations, and manage property lifecycle reporting and audits. This role offers cross-functional collaboration with USG customers and opportunities to influence compliance at scale.

Responsibilities- Develop integration plans with the FIAR team and coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet property goals
- Manage inventory, audits, and master reporting; oversee GFP Module automation to match property lifecycle reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across property lifecycle and drive corrective actions for systemic weaknesses
- Provide training and ensure site processes align with FAR/contractual requirements; build relationships with USG customers
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to gain consensus across organizations
- Travel 50% to support on-site property activities
Key requirements- BS/BA; 10 years in supply chain, property, and project management OR an advanced degree with 7 years of experience
