Overview

In this role you assist the property management team to deliver professional, client-focused service across tenancy and operations. You support administrative, lease, and financial tasks to keep properties well-run and tenants satisfied. You will help maintain accurate records, coordinate service contracts and moves, and ensure timely billing and reporting. The position offers exposure to budgeting cycles, vendor oversight, and tenant programs, contributing to smooth property operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold Cushman & Wakefield's service standards and tenant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support and coordinate office operations
  • Assist in lease administration by abstracting leases and keeping databases current
  • Maintain organized property files including leases and contracts
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts
  • Obtain aging reports and follow up on delinquencies per policies
  • Process invoices with proper backup according to procedures
  • Coordinate tenant move ins/outs and related logistics
  • Oversee work order and purchase order systems
  • Develop and maintain a Tenant Service Package and keep tenant data current
  • Update office procedures in the Operations Manual
  • Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants/vendors are up to date
  • Oversee staff hours, expense reports, and check requests
  • Process above standard tenant bill-backs in a timely manner
  • Assist in annual budgets and monthly financial reports, including deposits
  • Lead regular property inspections with service providers
  • Participate in performance oversight of contractors
Key requirements
  • At least 1 year of real estate property management or related experience
