Overview As a local Hartford-area CPA firm with Big4 resources, we seek an experienced audit professional to support engagements from planning to delivery. You will work autonomously in small, skilled teams with ongoing exposure to engagement partners. This role supports growth by delivering high-quality audits across industries while maintaining a flexible in-office schedule. The opportunity combines local service with Big4 resources to drive client impact and career development.

Responsibilities- Lead and assist audit engagements from start to finish
- Operate with autonomy within small engagement teams
- Maintain ongoing client exposure and interaction with engagement partners
- Ensure quality and compliance across financial statement audits across industries
Key requirements- 4+ years in public accounting
- Experience with financial statement audits in diverse industries
- CPA is required
- In-office flexibility up to 3 days per week
